有刷发电机充磁的方法

STC相复励（有刷）发电机在闲置时间长，或是带负载停机，就可导致失磁。电机失磁后，线圈在没有磁场的环境下旋转就没有电流形成。这时就需要用充磁机给发电机充磁。 充磁机厂家给你讲讲给发电机充磁的步骤。 充磁的方法很简单，步骤： 1、打开发电机碳刷一端的护罩，检查碳刷与铜环的接触是否良好 2、12V电瓶一只，用常用电灯线把电瓶的“+”、“-”分别引出“+极端”、“-极端” 3、启动发电机，加大油门。 4、用“+极端”“-极端”分别同时触碰发电机的二道铜环。如果触碰端出现大火花，那就是“+”“-”极相反，对调一下，在触碰一下铜环；如果触碰端没有出现火花或很细微的火花，那就充磁正确，发电机的电压表就会有读数，发电机就正常发电了。
